01 — what I can help with

Where I can help.

I work with adults, one to one. These are the areas my training and my own life have prepared me for best. If what you’re facing isn’t here, write anyway — I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person.

01

Crisis and starting over

War, displacement, sudden loss, a move that wasn’t really a choice. When the ground shifts, we first get you steady, then work out the next step. I specialised in crisis psychology — and I know this one from the inside too.

02

Conflict and difficult conversations

With a partner, family, a colleague or a manager. We look at what the conflict is really about, and how to say what needs saying without breaking what matters. Conflictology was part of my master’s; mediation was part of my practice.

03

Pressure at work

Deadlines, responsibility, the feeling of holding everything together for everyone. I’ve spent years in high-pressure delivery roles. We work on limits, recovery, and what you actually want from your work.

04

Family and generations

Parents far away and getting older. Raising children between two cultures. Roles that shift after a move. We make room for all of it, including the parts that are hard to say out loud.

02 — how it works

Three simple steps.

Starting is often the hardest part, so I keep it simple.

01

Write to me

A few lines about what’s going on and which language you’d like to speak. You don’t have to explain everything.

02

A short first call

Fifteen to twenty minutes to see whether I’m the right person for what you’re dealing with. If I’m not, I’ll say so and suggest where to turn.

03

Sessions

Fifty minutes, online or in person in Copenhagen. We agree on the rhythm together: weekly, every other week, or a few sessions for one specific thing.

03 — in your language

Talk in the language you feel in.

It’s easier to say what you mean in your own language. Sessions are available in:

Українськаnative Русскийfluent Englishfluent

Danish — I’m learning it, but not yet well enough for sessions.

04 — about me

The short version.

I studied it for seven years in Ukraine — a bachelor’s with honours, then a master’s — and practised as a counsellor at a legal clinic and in a juvenile detention centre. Then life took me into tech, and in 2022 the war took me to Copenhagen. The lens never left: understanding people between the lines.
